My story
I believe in nourishing your body, calming your mind, and moving in ways that feel good. Health should fit into your life not the other way around.
I’ve loved fitness since I was young, especially running. But in my late teens, university life and diet culture shifted my focus towards weight and appearance rather than wellbeing.
At 19, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (IBD), and everything changed. I lost a significant amount of weight, my health began to dictate my life, and I felt pressure to be my smallest and leanest. I lost confidence and trust in my body. I barely recognised myself.
After years of navigating IBD, overtraining, under-fuelling and chronic stress, I realised something had to change. I stepped away from unsustainable expectations and began supporting my body properly through balanced nutrition, intentional movement, stress management and a holistic approach to health.
That’s when I found balance.
Today, I’m passionate about helping women build a healthier relationship with their bodies with a strong focus on gut health. When we support the gut, we support the whole person.
To me, true health is sustainable and long lasting.
